REFORMER REBEL

Experience fitness like you’ve never felt.

Weve remixed reformer pilates and low impact strength training into one truly epic class.  Each exercise is carefully crafted to improve strength, stability, mobility, and recovery. If you’ve already had your dose of HIIT for the week or need something gentle on your joints but challenging on your muscles – then Reformer Rebel is a must. 

BARRE FIX

Barre Fix is a fantastic fusion of Pilates, ballet and fitness all wrapped into one highly addictive beat driven class.

WARRIOR, our flagship HIIT class, combines dynamic functional movements and high intensity intervals using heaps of cool gear like Air Dynes, Ski Ergs, kettlebells, sleds, slam balls and more. If you’re looking to spice up your workout routine then Warrior is for you!

KAHA

Find your strong with KAHA.

Our pure strength program which focuses on building lean muscle, strengthening joints, and improving technique.
Our main tool will be the Olympic Barbell and we’ll keep things spicy by adding in a few kettle bells and dumbbells.
We’ll hit all the major lifts like; Dead lift, Squats, Clean & Press etc.
If you’re brand new to strength training or a seasoned pro – you’ll get huge benefit out of this class.

SPIN

Our SPIN classes are more than just a full body sweat sesh – it’s a party on a bike!

We’ll be climbing hills, sprinting through flats, and sweating to the beat with an absolute bangin’ playlist! It’s low impact but high intensity. We ride with you – so get ready to party with us in this fizzer of a class.
