  • Tabata Sweat
  • Tabata is a traditional Japanese training method using 20 second bursts of high intensity intervals followed by 10 seconds rest. If you thought you knew Tabata then think again! Tabata Sweat is Tabata with the volume turned waaaay up! This high intensity non-stop assault on the heart rate and muscular system combines tabata interval training with the latest cardiovascular and body weight exercises to provide you with an extreme fat burning experience! What are you waiting for, get ready to sweat!

  • Warrior Xpress
  • 30 minute Warrior Xpress.
    Warrior combines dynamic functional movements and high intensity cardio intervals using non-conventional equipment such as ropes, kettlebells, sleds and slam balls.
    No workout is ever the same, so if you’re looking to spice up your workout routine then Warrior is for you.

  • Box HIIT
  • Get the best of both worlds; blending traditional boxing with body weight and cardio intervals, this class allows you to let off some serious steam.
    Boxing Gloves and Focus Pads provided.
    *For hygiene - boxing wraps or inners must be worn. Inners sold at reception for $2.
     
     

  • Warrior WOD
  • PRE-REQUISITE: Please ensure you have completed Warriorto an achievable level before taking part in this class.

    Take your training to the next level with Warrior W.O.D.
    This class is not for the faint hearted. Warrior W.O.D concentrates on high intensity functional movements using a wide variety of equipment, so you are prepared for any physical challenge. You'll be challenged to complete the W.O.D. in record time, and be motivated to train harder than ever before.
