This talented Kickboxer not only keeps it real with her own training and competing, but holding a Bachelor of Sports Degree and over 9 years working in the fitness industry, makes her the well rounded and experienced trainer she is today. When you walk into a training session with Katie, you’ll be greeted with a ball of energy who’s ready to motivate and guide you towards achieving your fitness and wellness goals.


Katie Quick instructs the following:
  • Warrior
  • Warrior combines dynamic functional movements and high intensity cardio intervals using non-conventional equipment such as ropes, kettlebells, sleds and slam balls.
    No workout is ever the same, so if you’re looking to spice up your workout routine then Warrior is for you.
    Challenge the way you train!

  • Spin
  • Using top of the range Keizer Spin Bikes - Things are about to get messy. An indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding terrains and intervals set to motivating music.
    Take the lead from your Spin Coach then set your own resistance speed and pace.
    Ride your way to a fitter you!

  • Yoga HIIT
  • The perfect fusion of Yoga and HIIT, this 30 min class incorporates 20mins of Tabata style body weight HIIT, sandwiched between traditional Yoga & Animal Flow exercises to start and finish the class. We're sure you'll love this balanced and truly unique class.

  • PULSE
  • Bored of the same old HIIT workout?!
    This jam packed session includes both spin bike sets and high intensity functional training circuits that'll make you sweat buckets! 
    Pulse will get your heart racing and your muscles burning.
     

  • Gravity (TRX)
  • Total body strength using the Gravity Trainer (TRX) and a variety of equipment including Kettle Bells, Power Bags, Body Weight etc. Gravity Strength (TRX) is great for improving your strength, stability, balance, and core. Soft on the joints, challenging on the muscles - this class will strengthen your body in a whole new way.

  • Box HIIT
  • Get the best of both worlds; blending traditional boxing with body weight and cardio intervals, this class allows you to let off some serious steam.
    Boxing Gloves and Focus Pads provided.
    *For hygiene - boxing wraps or inners must be worn. Inners sold at reception for $2.
