After gaining his Diploma of Sport and Recreation in 2012, Robin has been living and breathing all things health, fitness and well-being. Robin loves the fact that Personal Training combines his love of fitness and people together! An avid strength, HIIT, and sports specific training specialist - Robin will have you bouncing off the walls with energy and smiling from ear to ear. This high intensity non-stop assault on the heart rate and muscular system combines tabata interval training with the latest cardiovascular and body weight exercises to provide you with an extreme fat burning experience!
