Joe Merrall

With a colourful career including; Professional Animator, Professional Wrestling, RNZ Airforce Personal Trainer, Gymnastics Coach and more - Joe brings knowledge, experience and a holistic approach to his training style. He’s our resident movement and injury specialist with “The heart of a god damn lion”. Once you begin your journey with Joe, you’ll discover there is much more to exercise than losing weight or building muscle; he’ll help you understand the benefits of total mind and body conditioning.

Kimberley Hill

KIMBERLEY HILL | Level 1 Personal Trainer

Super Mum, Dancing Queen, Personal Trainer - These are just a few titles that the amazing Kimberley holds. This pint sized super star brings more energy and enthusiasm to her sessions than The Wiggles concert.
As well as over 15 years of dancing professionally, Kimberley's experience includes competitive Sport Aerobics, Sky City Cheer Team, Fitness Instructing, and raising two gorgeous little boys.
If you're a Mum, Mum-to-be, or just someone who is looking to make health and fitness a priority in your life and get some epic noticeable results - then look no further than this wee gem.
Having 'been there, done that', Kimberley understands what its like to juggle family, work, and just 'life' in general - so she'll help nut out a blue print for success and guide you to achieve it.

Kaya Campi

KAYA CAMPI | Instructor

Kaya's impressive Dance portfolio and firecracker personality, makes her Dance and Fitness classes well worth the visit. You'll find her in classes such as Barre Attack and BootyWorx.

Ally Laine

Ally (AKA The Vegan Beast)  focuses on bringing both intensity and laughter to her practices of Yoga & training sessions.
When she isn't in the gym training her clients or herself she enjoys reading books, blogs and listening to podcasts that inspire her to be a more productive, and up to date trainer as well as a more passionate activist in the Vegan community!
The perfect fusion of Yoga and HIIT, this 30 min class incorporates 20mins of Tabata style body weight HIIT, sandwiched between traditional Yoga & Animal Flow exercises to start and finish the class. We're sure you'll love this balanced and truly unique class.
