PJ BORELL Founder & Director | Fitness Instructor

PJ is the proud Daddy of two energetic boys and the Founder and Owner of Habitat For Fitness with his wife Amanda. Rewind to the year 2000, PJ began his career as a professional Rugby League Player in Australia. After hanging up his footy boots, PJ completed his Bachelor of Sports Degree and began making his mark as a Personal Trainer and Gym Manager. After spending the bulk of his career working in Sydney, Australia, PJ returned home to NZ to make his vision of Habitat For Fitness come to life. Mentoring his team of dedicated staff and providing a true home for fitness to his members is his motivation for success.

Robin Vinod

ROBIN VINOD | Level 2 Personal Trainer
After gaining his Diploma of Sport and Recreation in 2012, Robin has been living and breathing all things health, fitness and well-being. Robin loves the fact that Personal Training combines his love of fitness and people together! If you'd like to gain more than just fitness, Robin focuses on improving your attitude and zest for life by challenging you to step out your comfort zone and try new things. An avid strength, HIIT, and sports specific training specialist - Robin will have you bouncing off the walls with energy and smiling from ear to ear. Outside of the club, you'll find Robin getting in and amongst MMA, squash, and Netflix...just don't get him started on what his favourite series is or you'll be there all day!

Jansen Wong

JANSEN WONG | Level 3 Personal Trainer

Jansen is an avid sportsperson, foodie, and loves the outdoors. He's pretty close to Guru status having worked in the fitness industry for over 16 years.
Super Dad to a terrific teen, Jansen is all about work, life balance.
His training style is less 'flog you till you spew', and more 'quality movement, tasty nutritious meals, decent rest, and a dose of good times to enjoy long lasting results'.

Gravity Strength is a perfect blend of traditional TRX suspension training and strength training. Using the Gravity Trainer (TRX) and a variety of functional training gear, this class will improve your total body strength.
